Want to make an exchange? Here's how:
30 Day Exchange when you get your Fellow Citizens, you have 30 days to get it back to us.
If it doesn't fit or you don't love it as much as you hoped, you can simply exchange it. Your Fellow Citizens need to be unwashed and unworn to exchange. Unfortunately we can't accept exchanges for any items that show signs of being worn. Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.

What if you are sent a Faulty Item?
We pride ourselves on quality control, because we want you to LOVE your Fellow Citizens If we sent you an item that isn't quite right, please email info@fellowcitizens.ca and we'll do everything we can to make it all right! Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the garment is faulty.

Can I return a sale items if it does not fit or I change my mind?
Sale items can only be returned if they are faulty.
